2. Payments and Fees: Payment for our services is required according to the package selected. You can choose from our Basic, Standard, or Premium Packages. Full payment must be made before the event, and any additional services requested during the event will incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to a partial refund based on the services already provided. Refund policies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Liability: While we strive to provide the highest level of service, EventVision is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your event, including weather disruptions, vendor issues, or other external factors beyond our control. However, we will do everything possible to mitigate such challenges and ensure your event's success.
